About the role
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display)
- Manage and scale budgets to ensure strong CAC and payback period
- Execute A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Build localized paid strategies by market
- Develop and implement Airtm’s SEO roadmap across target markets
- Optimize website structure, internal pages, and blog content for ranking and conversion
- Track and report keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and organic-to-signup conversion
- Own Paid + SEO dashboards tracking CAC, CTR, ROAS, and organic traffic growth
- Provide actionable insights for weekly growth meetings
- Partner with Growth, Content/Design, and Feature Owners to align campaigns and produce high-performing assets
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in Paid Media and SEO
- Proven track record managing multi-market paid budgets
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush) and analytics (GA4)
- Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into actionable growth steps
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental environments
- Experience executing A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Ability to build localized paid strategies by market (e.g., freelancers in Argentina)
- Experience ideally in fintech/crypto or high-growth startups
