Key responsibilities & impact- Own Workday HCM end-to-end: business processes, domain security, integrations, reporting
- Default to automation before traditional solutions
- Drive implementation of new Workday capabilities
- Partner with People, Finance, Legal, and IT
- Support bi-annual compensation planning, Workday Absence, and Workday Benefits configuration
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration
- System-agnostic by nature
- Solid grasp of core HR processes
- Strong project management instincts
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong communicator
- Bonus: familiarity with Deel, Greenhouse, Workato, or Databricks
