About the role
- Work closely with GenAI Art Directors, Creators, and Project Managers to bring projects from concept to final delivery
- Create and adapt high-quality content leveraging Pencil AI, other AI tools and traditional tools
- Produce visual assets that align with clients' creative standards and scale creative production across brands and channels
- Expand the creative output of the team through ideation and bespoke high-end animation and video edits
- Take projects from brief to completion, adhering to client brand guidelines and injecting creative ideas
- Master, edit, remaster and adjust master assets for various crops and formats
- Own creative projects, craft assets that meet briefs and inspire clients
- Pitch fresh approaches and concepts confidently
- Oversee and manage preparation of all finished files to comply with correct output specifications
- Maintain active AI proficiency through ongoing internal training and knowledge-sharing
Requirements
- Experience as a motion designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative group, or related design studio
- Proven portfolio of motion design work, representing both traditional and AI-assisted projects
- Strong background in motion graphics and editing, inclusive of grading and sound design
- Experience in 2D animation workflows from concept development and storyboarding through to final execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Veo3 etc.
- Comfortable with GenAI techniques like model selection, creative prompting, and collaborative AI-driven ideation
- Ability to analyse GenAI-generated outputs, spot errors or inconsistencies, and correct them via prompt refinement or editing
- Strong judgment in evaluating briefs and identifying where GenAI can be integrated for efficiency and impact
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative attitude
- Optimism about the evolving role of GenAI and adaptability
- Awareness of legal/ethical considerations in using AI-generated assets
- Good knowledge or history of work in Social Media (desirable)
- Any hands-on experience delivering real-world creative using GenAI (desirable)
