Work closely with resourcing teams to allocate resources efficiently and ensure deadlines are met.
Uphold client brand standards across all creative output, acting as a vigilant brand guardian and maintaining consistency.
Collaborate with Product and Training teams to explore, pilot, and refine new GenAI tools, workflows, and features.
Provide actionable feedback, champion responsible GenAI deployment, and support rollout of new techniques and innovations.
Requirements
Be highly creative with a strong background in traditional (non AI) advertising.
8+ years of experience as creative director.
Track record of delivering real-world digital advertising.
Proven expertise and hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly etc).
Deep knowledge of GenAI techniques: prompting, model selection, multi-stage workflow integration, and creative fine-tuning.
A critical eye for detail - able to analyse GenAI-generated outputs, spot errors or inconsistencies, and correct them via prompt refinement or additional editing tools.
Strong judgment in evaluating briefs and identifying where/how GenAI can be integrated into the creative workflow for maximum efficiency and impact.
Passion for AI and new technology.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and related creative software.
Outstanding leadership and team-management skills; ability to motivate, influence, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
