Be the project management lead for all technical aspects of digital projects and manage multiple fast-paced projects with short turnarounds
Successfully produce and deliver integrated projects and work streams
Prioritize workflows for a team of strategists, creatives, technologists, product people, and account services to ensure deadlines and client needs are met
Thrive in a highly flexible, adaptive, creative, collaborative and interdepartmental environment
Work with creative, technical, UX and strategy department leads to identify scope, concept ideas, production, and delivery
Develop timelines and budgets (scopes/SOWs) to ensure proposed concepts and ideas are executable
Articulate digital solutions and processes internally and to clients
Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and vendor partners to ensure delivery
Understand content management systems and draft technical requirements in collaboration with project team
Work closely with development team leads to ensure products and features meet stakeholder and technical requirements
Serve as the customer's voice to product people and engineers
Lead delivery across all lifecycle phases, including change, risk management, and ongoing product maintenance
Maintain focus on deadlines and motivate partners to keep delivery on track
Establish working relationships to quickly identify and resolve blockers and dependencies
Drive process improvements across the digital studio, engineering and client teams to increase organization, transparency, and efficiency
Manage multiple projects with conflicting needs and priorities using an Agile development framework, from concept to launch
Strive to improve project execution performance using objective metrics
Requirements
Proficiency in English (required)
Minimum of a 5-year degree in computer science, information systems or business OR equivalent project management experience (Digital Agency preferred)
Strength in creatively problem-solving and critical thinking
Experience managing cross-functional projects, medium-to-large scale development and campaign projects from scope to delivery
Experience and knowledge of Strategy, Experience Design, Visual Design and Development best practices
Up-to-date technical knowledge of web, mobile and software technologies; experience with modern front-end frameworks a plus
Experience with enterprise content management systems (CMS), especially AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and Figma is a plus
Working knowledge of Jira, web-based tools, and MS Office Suite
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and SEO collaboration with Analysts
Ability to identify gaps in process and define solutions
Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile) and proper application
Experience with resourcing and allocation management for projects
Experience interpreting client requests and concepts into clear/defined deliverables and projects
Experience presenting approaches and solutions to internal and external parties
Experience with scoping, estimates, budgeting, and financial management of projects
Previous experience managing clients in a digital agency with project management focus
Independent work ethic, drive, and ability to escalate to Senior Leadership when necessary
Strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to efficiently and effectively troubleshoot ambiguous challenges
