About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver product features using AI coding agents as the primary implementation loop
Write specifications and context-rich tasks including architecture, team standards, existing patterns, and acceptance criteria
Iterate on agent-generated output until it meets quality standards
Review and verify agent-generated code before production
Own features end-to-end, from clarifying requirements through delivery, testing, production release, and post-release monitoring
Improve shared agent context, rules, prompts, and guardrails for the team
Conduct code and documentation reviews
Participate in duty rotations, monitor production systems, respond to incidents, and maintain service availability
Grow technically within a strong engineering culture focused on clean architecture and high delivery standards
Build and support SignNow, an electronic-signature and document-workflow solution

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
Hands-on experience building production software with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar
Experience setting up agent context, decomposing work for an agent, and validating agent output
Practical commercial experience with PHP, Node.js or Golang
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
Solid SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
Working knowledge of Docker for application development and deployment
Practical experience with testing methodologies and defining sufficient coverage
Basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and cloud-native solutions
Ability to write technical documentation using approaches such as the C4 model and ADRs
Strong task decomposition and prioritization skills
Fluent written and spoken English
