• Conduct preparatory research and gather information (e.g., brand/ channel audits, market insights, competitor analysis) to support discovery phases led by senior consultants
• Apply a growing understanding of marketing channels, segmentation, and communication strategy to project tasks
• Prepare and refine internal and client-facing education and presentation content and materials
• Own discrete project tasks or sub-workstreams, ensuring timely and accurate completion, and developing your time and project management skills

Onboarding Specialist

• Drive customer success from day one as a Strategic Consultant who transforms new Airship customers into platform power users
• Lead high-impact onboarding projects and strategic initiatives that connect business goals to measurable marketing outcomes, working with global brands to accelerate their mobile-first customer engagement strategies
• Ensure clear planning, execution, and delivery of measurable results while partnering with Technical Services, Account Management, and Pre-Sales teams
• Use case validation, success measurement, and campaign launch readiness through critical sessions
• Drive POC, trial, and adoption acceleration projects to demonstrate and expand customer value
• Support at-risk accounts through targeted interventions focused on use case activation and lifecycle optimization
• Partner on data-driven Business Reviews to identify growth and expansion opportunities
• Manage multiple concurrent projects delivering measurable outcomes within defined timelines

Product Designer

• Contribute to the end-to-end design of our most complex product experiences, focusing on multi-team or cross-surface workflows
• Take the lead on designing and prototyping new user experiences with a focus on new AI focused UX
• Partner with other designers and developers to translate complex models into intuitive and effective user interfaces
• Contribute to the vision and execution for our core UI/UX, translating high-level user insights and business goals into scalable, future-proof design solutions
• Set and uphold a high bar for interaction, visual, and systems design, ensuring our experiences are thoughtful, accessible, and well-implemented at every touchpoint

Billing Specialist

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of billing and collection specialists
• Oversee quote-to-cash process, invoicing, payment application, and global customer accounts
• Develop and implement collections policies and procedures to optimize cash flow
• Provide insights into cash and A/R to senior leadership
• Monitor A/R aging, cash and DSO goals and report to senior leadership
• Serve as primary point of contact for billing disputes and escalations
• Partner with Finance Systems to drive process improvements using Netsuite, Salesforce, Adaptive
