About the role
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on operational priorities, execution strategy, and risk mitigation, translating business goals into actionable project roadmaps, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and success measures, while managing multiple initiatives and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings, providing clear status updates, decision-ready insights, and driving accountability for deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Identify risks, roadblocks, and process improvement opportunities; implement proactive solutions and standardized workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams and operations.
- Ensure operational initiatives align with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and internal policies
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, coordinating communication across executives, regional leaders, and departmental teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Support change management efforts to drive adoption of initiatives and ensure sustainable operational improvements.
- Lead post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes, capture learnings, and continuously refine processes and performance.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and patient-centered operations.
- Perform other duties as needed to support organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in clinical operations or enterprise project management
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional presence and the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization, including leadership and board members
