- High EQ & Active Listening: understand a prospect's frustrations and offer solutions
- Bias for Action: comfortable running solo or brainstorming in teams
- A Track Record of "Done": history of starting things and finishing them
- The Vibe-Coder Mindset: experience coding or scripting is a massive plus
- Nice to have: Fluent in a European language beyond English.
