Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a team of Forward Deployed Engineers and evolve the services delivery playbook and resourcing model
Own customer success metrics and expansion revenue targets across your team's accounts; analyze trends and report insights to the Executive team
Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to influence roadmap and build strategic workflows aligned to customer needs
Drive executive relationships with key accounts through QBRs, architectural reviews, and strategic planning on complex implementations
Requirements
4+ years experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Product, or similar technical leadership role at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
We 💚 former (or future aspiring) founders
Deep experience with LLMs and AI techniques, including prompt engineering and production deployments
Expert-level workflow automation (Zapier, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
Excellent project management skills using tools like Linear, Airtable, and Asana
Superb written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive customers
