About the role
- Build AI growth workflows using AirOps for strategic enterprise customers while establishing scalable best practices and templates
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a team of Forward Deployed Engineers and evolve the services delivery playbook and resourcing model
- Own customer success metrics and expansion revenue targets across your team's accounts; analyze trends and report insights to the Executive team
- Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to influence roadmap and build strategic workflows aligned to customer needs
- Drive executive relationships with key accounts through QBRs, architectural reviews, and strategic planning on complex implementations
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Product, or similar technical leadership role at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
- We 💚 former (or future aspiring) founders
- Deep experience with LLMs and AI techniques, including prompt engineering and production deployments
- Expert-level workflow automation (Zapier, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
- Excellent project management skills using tools like Linear, Airtable, and Asana
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive customers
