About the role

  • Own outbound sourcing, role promotion, and enrichment of candidate target lists
  • Build and scale AI-powered sourcing pipeline (leveraging tools like Juicebox, Clay)
  • Create, launch, and optimize outbound sourcing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Market open roles and amplify employer brand to targeted communities
  • Assemble and enrich candidate pipelines with high-quality data
  • Deploy and integrate sourcing and automation tools to scale outreach efficiency
  • Experiment with new ways to attract 10x talent and innovate processes
  • Partner with GM of TA, hiring managers, and leadership to align sourcing strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical, growth, business development, recruiting, or engineering role (or former founder)
  • Familiarity with sourcing and growth tools like Clay, Juicebox, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, Expandi, or equivalent
  • Consistently exceeded performance expectations (pipeline generation, sourcing, growth)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working independently in a high-growth startup environment
  • Curiosity and passion for applying AI to solve hard problems
