💰 $110,000 - $150,000 per year
About the role
- Architect customer success and train marketing teams on AirOps' AI workflows from first login to certification
- Complete internal Builder Certification and build real AI workflows
- Shadow and run live enterprise enablement sessions and weekly office-hours
- Own 5-10 customer accounts and manage bi-weekly pulse checks with strategic accounts
- Lead weekly "Build With Me" sessions to co-create workflows solving business problems
- Run private cohort sprints for enterprise clients (intensive training) and support public cohort program
- Design and deliver custom enterprise training programs and become a certified trainer for the AI Marketing Mastery cohort
- Build playbooks to turn one-off solutions into repeatable success patterns and influence product roadmap based on enterprise customer needs
Requirements
- 1-3 years minimum in customer success, technical onboarding, or product enablement (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication - you'll be teaching Fortune 500 executives
- Experience with modern SaaS tools (Intercom, Slack, Notion, and similar platforms)
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic accounts simultaneously
- Bonus: Supported technical products or AI tools
