About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support AirLife by analyzing cross reference data and customer spend against compliance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing stakeholders on implementation planning, standardization opportunities, sales presentations, and business reviews.
  • Lead implementation discussions with the customer, defining and articulating the best paths for the customer to achieve financial targets, and project managing the implementation process both internally and externally.
  • Track customer compliance and identify areas of improvement and paths to hitting compliance goals.
  • Collaborate with the AirLife clinical team to support in-servicing and education requirements for the customer.
  • Perform in-person or virtual presentations to explain the implementation process to key customers.
  • Responsible for reporting on a weekly basis on implementations, challenges, and new opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five or more years of experience in Healthcare Marketing or Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Establishes good working relationships with business owners and supports the sales process of customer agreements.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings for internal partners and customers.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications required, including intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
