About the role

  • Provide expert knowledge and act as SME on IAM and SailPoint ISC;Assist with building engineering, development, and operational support for adoption of next-gen IAM solutions cloud/SaaS;Implement modern authentication solutions leveraging SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC;Review and design new IAM solutions;Establish and maintain an IT multi-year strategy;Ensure IAM solutions meet requirements for security, availability, scalability, resiliency, performance;Maintain effective partnerships with teams, vendors, managers, leaders, stakeholders;Understand business needs and recommend modern identity security tech solutions

Requirements

  • 8+ years engineering in IAM;5+ years SailPoint ISC;Experience implementing identity and access governance policies and workflows in ISC;Experience configuring and customizing ISC workflows, access profiles, identity attributes, and lifecycle events;Experience performing upgrades and enabling new features in cloud SaaS;Experience configuring and managing certification campaigns in ISC;Experience generating and customizing reports and dashboards in SailPoint ISC;Experience integrating ISC with technologies via connectors and REST/SCIM APIs;Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python);Ability to communicate with customers;Ability to listen and understand customer business goals;Ability to collaborate effectively;Ability to manage customer expectations;Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar field
