About the role
- End-to-end ownership of recruitment processes in Polish, Spanish, and German markets for critical hires across Product, Tech, Data, and Commercial functions - from briefing to signed offer.
- Performance recruiting: Partner with business leaders to define success outcomes, build structured processes, and attract top performers from the best companies.
- Market intelligence & talent strategy: Shape hiring plans with data, map strategic talent pools, and advise leaders on how to win in competitive markets.
- Candidate experience that scales: Design clear, fair, and human processes that reflect AirHelp’s values.
- Continuous improvement: Optimize sourcing, interview structures, tooling, and analytics to make hiring faster and smarter.
- Strategic projects: Contribute to initiatives such as employer branding campaigns, AI-powered hiring tools, diversity programs, and leadership hiring strategies.
Requirements
- You have a successful track record in global headhunting, building relationships with exceptional candidates, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- You’ve at least 5 years of experience in successfully hiring top talent in fast-paced international environments.
- Apply AI tools to draft outreach, job descriptions, and interview questions that attract top-tier candidates faster and more effectively.
- You own the outcome - you understand business goals, shape hiring plans accordingly, and deliver.
- You thrive on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and challenging the status quo.
- You communicate clearly, work autonomously, and love building high-performing processes.
