Key responsibilities & impact

Provide thorough administrative assistance, including order entry and quotation generation
Manage the full order lifecycle, including processing, modifications, and cancellations
Monitor and resolve back-order statuses
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Engage in cross-training to support the Sales Support Manager
Research products and nurture vendor relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED is required
3+ years of customer service experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to prioritize needs and manage multiple workflows
Collaborative spirit with a growth mindset
Experience supporting inclusive environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Experience with ERP and CRM software (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
Background in the Packaged Gas/Welding Supply industry is a plus
