Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (ideally 7+ years in a relevant field).
  • A demonstrated history of advancing sustainable sales success and profitable growth.
  • A proven history of increasing responsibility in a business-to-business sales-related or sales operations position.
  • Experience mentoring a team and stewardship of a P&L.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft solutions, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Numerical proficiency for practical business applications and analytical reporting.
  • Physical capability to lift 25-75 lbs. as needed to support operations.
  • Valid driver’s license and an insured personal vehicle.
  • Comfortable working in a drug-free environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust your schedule to meet customer needs.
