Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (ideally 7+ years in a relevant field).
A demonstrated history of advancing sustainable sales success and profitable growth.
A proven history of increasing responsibility in a business-to-business sales-related or sales operations position.
Experience mentoring a team and stewardship of a P&L.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable with Microsoft solutions, particularly Excel and Word.
Numerical proficiency for practical business applications and analytical reporting.
Physical capability to lift 25-75 lbs. as needed to support operations.
Valid driver’s license and an insured personal vehicle.
Comfortable working in a drug-free environment.
Flexibility to adjust your schedule to meet customer needs.
