About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing the sales process and advancing sustainable and profitable sales growth
- Generate new business: Develop a schedule to contact potential customers
- Deliver impactful sales presentations: Customize presentations based on customer’s needs
- Prepare proposals with pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules
- Finalizes and secures sales agreements including signing PSA’s
- Keep management informed through regular reports on activities and results
- Maintain customer relationships by fostering understanding and developing solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in relationship-driven solution consulting and proactive client outreach and engagement
- Industry experience and related product knowledge
- Strong alignment-building and consultative sales skills
- Excellent presentation, strong consensus-building and public speaking skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred from four-year College or University or one to two years of related experience
- Prior experience with SAP order entry software preferred
- 3 or more years of experience selling medical, specialty or industrial gases and equipment
