About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support operational safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned locations and business functions
  • Manage administrative duties and communicate proactively with stakeholders
  • Drive the execution of safety and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Implement company safety and compliance programs, conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to identify risks
  • Track and manage corrective actions, compliance tasks, and training records
  • Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and maintaining accurate regulatory documentation
  • Proactively communicate safety expectations across the organization, coordinate training and engagement efforts, and prepare necessary reports, presentations, and data analysis

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace platforms, including spreadsheet management, reporting, presentations, and collaboration tools
