Key responsibilities & impact

Support operational safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned locations and business functions
Manage administrative duties and communicate proactively with stakeholders
Drive the execution of safety and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Implement company safety and compliance programs, conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to identify risks
Track and manage corrective actions, compliance tasks, and training records
Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and maintaining accurate regulatory documentation
Proactively communicate safety expectations across the organization, coordinate training and engagement efforts, and prepare necessary reports, presentations, and data analysis

Bachelor’s degree preferred
ASSP certification(s) or related safety credentials preferred
Business acumen with the ability to align safety and compliance objectives with operational performance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace platforms, including spreadsheet management, reporting, presentations, and collaboration tools
