About the role

  • Assist in implementing customer billing and help produce accurate invoices by auditing customer volumes and revenues
  • Help maintain Onsites customer information and contract files in accordance with company record retention policies
  • Support the maintenance of customer master data and pricing information within SAP
  • Aid in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual pricing files and assist with price adjustment calculations
  • Help develop sales reports and assist the commercial team with customer requests or contract changes
  • Participate in special projects and financial analysis as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Familiarity with SAP or Power BI is a significant plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when organizing and prioritizing workflow
  • Ability to write routine business correspondence and effectively present information to team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a professional demeanor.
