About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and LNIX platforms
- Design solutions, automation of service delivery
- Hardware/software/OS/application maintenance
- Platform security
- Build out of globally accessible high-availability products and services
- Support SOC 2 and ISO 27002 compliance activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support telecom-specific applications and integrations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards, data protection regulations, and company policies
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system resources across enterprise systems
- Support and maintain virtualization platforms (KVM, VMware, Hyper-V)
- Provide technical support to end users
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fully experienced with Windows Server
- Fully experienced with Linux administration is A MUST
- Deep knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in the technologies, software, operating systems, and services noted above
- Must understand how high availability network services are delivered across the OSI layers in secured, and scalable, fashions
- Strong candidate would have mastered fundamentals, such as shell scripting, AD integration, RAID filesystem management, hardware selection, OS installation, data restoration, system troubleshooting, etc.
