Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal stakeholders to capture business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, well-documented functional specifications and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
Evaluate the feasibility and technical implications of business requirements and convert functional requirements into technical documentation.
Support the development team in understanding and delivering solutions and perform high-level functional testing before UAT.
Analyze current business processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and recommend optimized process flows.
Conduct in-depth data analysis and develop reports, dashboards, or presentations to communicate insights.
Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions and support business users during UAT and transition to production.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and assist Project Managers in planning and timeline management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Telecom or Managed Services industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Proven experience working with remote teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
Knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools is a plus.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
