About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of Global HR Specialists
- Establish operational workflows, set standard operating procedures
- Oversee the monthly end-to-end payroll operations executed by your team
- Serve as the authority on global payroll tax laws
- Maintain and optimize our automated HRIS-to-Payroll tech pipeline
- Audit and manage performance SLAs for global payroll providers
- Protect the company’s financial integrity by contributing to statutory audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in global payroll management
- Proven track record of managing a payroll team
- Strong conceptual understanding of the global employee lifecycle
- Strong expertise in business process mapping, creating payroll SOPs
- Hands-on experience navigating international payroll landscapes
- Strong understanding of global equity-based compensation taxation
- High level of comfort with modern SaaS tools and AI tools
- Experience with BambooHR, NetSuite, and global payroll platforms
