Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in global payroll management
Proven track record of managing a payroll team

Strong expertise in business process mapping, creating payroll SOPs
Hands-on experience navigating international payroll landscapes
Strong understanding of global equity-based compensation taxation
High level of comfort with modern SaaS tools and AI tools
Experience with BambooHR, NetSuite, and global payroll platforms
