About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies
  • Lead and accelerate sales growth
  • Provide strategic insights to adapt Aircall’s vision for LATAM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue growth opportunities
  • Represent Aircall at industry events and conferences
  • Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM SMB market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to establish and grow our presence in a new market
  • Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Naturally curious and passionate about learning
  • Experience with channel and integration partnerships in LATAM is an added advantage
  • Previous experience in the Hubspot, Salesforce or Zendesk ecosystem will be a plus
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
