Strategic Partner Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners that align with our strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement effective partner onboarding programs.
- Educate partners on Aircall's products, services, and sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide ongoing sales enablement, training, and support to partners.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams for seamless hand-off and co-selling opportunities.
- Accurately forecast partner sales and provide regular reports on performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Confident Communicator. Languages: Native German language, English fluent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in partnership development, in a competitive, data-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
