About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective partner onboarding programs.
  • Educate partners on Aircall's products, services, and sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide ongoing sales enablement, training, and support to partners.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams for seamless hand-off and co-selling opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast partner sales and provide regular reports on performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Confident Communicator. Languages: Native German language, English fluent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in partnership development, in a competitive, data-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
