About the role

  • Engage with inbound prospects from Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and other LATAM countries via chat and phone to qualify them for next sales steps
  • Gather prospect information and pass qualified leads to Account Executives in the LATAM market
  • Collaborate closely with IBERIA/LATAM sales teams to ensure coordinated messaging and handoffs
  • Develop consultative sales skills by learning from experienced AEs and gaining exposure to the full sales cycle
  • Drive lead generation and support regional sales goals to grow Aircall's presence in LATAM
  • Be part of the first employees in Mexico office and contribute directly to building Aircall’s regional presence

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Market knowledge of LATAM (living in, visiting, or strong affinity for LATAM cultures and business practices)
  • Strong communication skills: active listening, empathy, problem-solving
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to learn and grow; entrepreneurial and driven
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm
  • Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools like Gong or Outreach is a plus
  • Position based in Mexico City (Polanco) and will support Mexico/Colombia/Chile LATAM markets
