About the role
- Provide invaluable insights to our product and/or business teams.
- Support impactful initiatives including pricing, packaging, multi-product strategies, and self-service approaches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Account Management to translate data needs into powerful solutions.
- Establish best practices in analytics and ensure high standards in data governance and insight generation.
- Mentor team members and help shape our analytics roadmap at Senior level.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in a high-growth environment (leveling based on experience and scope).
- Proficiency in SQL for deriving insights and in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Strong data visualization skills using tools such as Looker and Hex to communicate insights effectively.
- Proficiency in data modeling and pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow).
- Experience designing and executing rigorous experiments (A/B testing, statistical analysis).
- Data-driven, structured, and solution-oriented in your approach to problems.
- Excellent communicator who can explain complex data clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- You dig deeper when something doesn't add up and ship analyses that drive real decisions.
- Preferred skills: Ability to leverage AI (Cursor, Claude Code) and LLMs to accelerate workflows and enhance productivity — we use AI on a daily basis.
- Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or statistical forecasting.
