About the role
- Lead AI as a core operating capability across Marketing at Aircall.
- Own the strategy, hands-on development, and scaled deployment of AI agents and workflows that drive pipeline efficiency.
- Improve content and localization, and materially improve marketing productivity.
- Act as the product owner for a portfolio of Marketing AI initiatives across demand, growth, content, and marketing operations.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy AI workflows, moving from POCs to production with global adoption.
- Partner with Growth, Demand Generation, and Sales Development to scale high-intent pipeline motions.
- Embed AI into campaign operations, QA, reporting, and workflow automation across the MarTech stack.
- Define KPIs tied to time saved, conversion lift, pipeline efficiency, and asset performance.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, marketing operations, growth, or product operations.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through scaled execution.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and revenue motion.
- Foundational and practical understanding of AI concepts and how they apply to real business problems.
- Hands-on experience building POCs using modern AI tools and workflows.
- Comfortable with vibe coding, prompt engineering, rapid experimentation, and iteration.
- Working understanding of APIs, automation frameworks, and data integrations.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution without heavy translation layers.
- Builder mindset with a strong bias to action.
- Analytical and ROI-driven decision maker.
- Comfortable influencing and leading across a global, cross-functional organization.
