Systems Engineer

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in understanding and optimizing Sales and Marketing processes, Customer Success workflows, and Revenue Operations.
• Lead end-to-end analysis and optimization of critical business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in system integrations, workflows, and data management.
• Own and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency using low-code/no-code platforms and integrations.
• Partner with IT and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across various platforms and business units.
• Champion data governance and compliance, ensuring system data integrity and security best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively recommend enhancements to the GTM tech stack.
