About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive IT solution architectures around aircraft customization and change process domains
- Optimize synergies across legacy system landscapes (e.g., ACS Convergence) to reduce overall IT total cost of ownership
- Represent the Product Service Line within the Digital Customization Board to align functional strategies with Enterprise Architects
- Act as a strategic advisor to Product Managers and Product Owners ensuring technical deliveries match functional vision and business goals
- Coach and mentor domain architects, fostering architectural standards and Agile/SAFe best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 years of proven expertise in Configuration Management, Program Management, and Aircraft Customization workflows
- 5 years of experience successfully operating within complex transnational and multicultural environments
- Deep familiarity with enterprise IT landscapes (PLM, ERP, Planning), technical software patterns, and SAFe methodology
- Strong soft skills with a proven talent for influencing senior leadership and translating complex concepts for development teams
- Full professional fluency in English is mandatory (negotiation level) to lead strategy across European and global sites
