Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years’ experience in different HR leadership roles within Airbus across divisions
  • Polish & English speaker
  • Experienced in leading a multi-functional team dedicated to HR matters
  • Experienced in Trade Unions relationship and Collective Agreement management
  • Solution oriented and problem solving
  • Demonstrated strong ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
  • Experienced in transformation and company reorganization projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate verbally and in written in an appropriate way at all levels of the organization
  • High level of integrity and autonomy
  • Can-do attitude and challenge status-quo
