- Realisation of strategic company-wide and functional projects in the area of responsibility
- Continuous Business Partnering; challenge, advise, support
- Accomplishment of business activities in line with all relevant internal and external regulations/legislation
- Achievement of mid to long-term business objectives in the designated area
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years’ experience in different HR leadership roles within Airbus across divisions
- Polish & English speaker
- Experienced in leading a multi-functional team dedicated to HR matters
- Experienced in Trade Unions relationship and Collective Agreement management
- Solution oriented and problem solving
- Demonstrated strong ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
- Experienced in transformation and company reorganization projects
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate verbally and in written in an appropriate way at all levels of the organization
- High level of integrity and autonomy
- Can-do attitude and challenge status-quo
