Talent acquisition (recruiting and hiring)

Disciplinary, functional and lateral (stakeholder management, multi-functional/transnational teams) leadership
Implementation of a high performance culture in the sphere of impact
Planning, agreeing, monitoring and reporting of required resources to accomplish the delegated work
Risk management activities for the area of responsibility
Realisation of strategic company-wide and functional projects in the area of responsibility
Continuous Business Partnering; challenge, advise, support
Accomplishment of business activities in line with all relevant internal and external regulations/legislation
Achievement of mid to long-term business objectives in the designated area

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years’ experience in different HR leadership roles within Airbus across divisions
Polish & English speaker
Experienced in leading a multi-functional team dedicated to HR matters
Experienced in Trade Unions relationship and Collective Agreement management
Solution oriented and problem solving
Demonstrated strong ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
Experienced in transformation and company reorganization projects
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate verbally and in written in an appropriate way at all levels of the organization
High level of integrity and autonomy
Can-do attitude and challenge status-quo
