About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for defining, coordinating and providing technical/project management support to implement Airbus’ environmental roadmaps at sites across the US
Lead the day-to-day management of the regional Sponsorships, Donations and Membership (SDM) process
Collect data on process implementation and project approvals
Prepare and provide regular reporting to the management team on a high level overview of regional SDM spend/activity
Maintain a network of Sustainability Ambassadors in Airbus Americas to support in driving sustainability awareness and engagement
Manage internal engagement one-off initiatives and events relating to sustainability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor' Degree in science, sustainability management, marketing, business, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of experience in project management within a complex industrial organisation, with prior experience working on sustainability topics
Strong project management skills
Stakeholder management
Sustainability knowledge and interest
Reporting skills
Analytical skills and financial acumen
Communication skills: Fluent written and spoken English. Written, presentation and oral communication, interpersonal and consultative skills, as well as effective result-oriented problem solving skills.
Preferred: French, German or Spanish
Required: Proficient in utilizing office productivity software
