About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Elaborate, optimize and communicate flight tests planning.
- Prepare and manage flight tests dispatch.
- Ensure availability of flight tests documentation (including on board and regulatory flight authorizations).
- Follow-up tests execution to support maturity and safety.
- Prepare and coordinate all the aspects of a test campaign.
- Operate test means for flight tests (telemetry, radio, …).
- Screen and optimize test requests, screen and optimize planning, support readiness for test execution in close relation with stakeholders, follow-up flight tests related certification documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s, or equivalent diploma), preferably with an aeronautical/aerospace profile.
- Strong analytical, rigor and problem-solving skills with a proactive and systematic continuous improvement approach, capable of performing effectively even in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility, availability, and the ability to adapt to complex and dynamic scenarios.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish; French will be highly valued.
- Knowledge and/or experience in Engineering Systems, Vehicle Systems and Avionics, Engineering Requirements, System Design and Development, Systems Integration, Validation and Verification (V&V), Airworthiness, and Flight Safety.
- Knowledge of rotary-wing platforms, complex avionics systems (e.g., HELIONIX), and TIGER and NH90 fleets will be considered a strong plus.
- Experience and/or knowledge in systems and systems integration, weaponry, testing, Certification, and Qualification (under EASA or other regulations) is highly desirable.
- Aeronautical hobbies, knowledge and related experience (PPL, UAS, gliders, etc.) will be considered an asset.
