About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the overall sales strategy for the German market
  • Lead a highly qualified team to achieve new successes
  • Develop and implement the future sales strategy in the German market environment
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle and achieving the planned order intake
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with our customers
  • Continuously develop the sales team (Key Account Managers)
  • Act as the link between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in a business or technical field (e.g., industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent).
  • Several years of relevant sales experience in telecommunications and the public sector; solid knowledge of the defense sector is a valuable advantage.
  • Demonstrable success in sales within a complex, international environment and extensive leadership experience.
  • Excellent commercial and technical expertise combined with a deep understanding of our customers’ needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, a strong results orientation, and the ability to act as an inspiring thought leader (including regarding market developments) and team player.
  • Business-fluent German and English; French skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel is a matter of course.
