Key responsibilities & impact

Support the production concessions of aircraft structure
Responsible for creating quality solutions from a design perspective
Perform design efforts for metallic and non-metallic parts
Collaborate with stress colleagues for solution provision
Use multiple applications to research aircraft configurations
Ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
Autonomously assess complex design deviations
Liaise with stakeholders like Stress, Manufacturing, Quality
Develop and maintain component familiarity
Lead projects to meet customer time scales

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Engineering (Aero, Civil, Mechanical)
13 years total experience in design/analysis with airframe structures
In-depth knowledge of technical principles of engineering
Applied knowledge of technical documentation, techniques and procedures
Strong computer background including MS Office and Google Suite
Authorized to Work in the US
Working knowledge of all Airbus Structures
