About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical sales support with a focus on our software push-to-talk applications, as well as 4G- and 5G-based communications systems
Analysis and translation of customer requirements and creation of initial technical concepts in coordination with development and sales
Delivery of product demos, workshops and technical presentations for customers in the public safety sector
Support in the preparation of technical specifications, proposals and tender documentation
Close collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Engineering, Development, Rollout and Support
Acting as a communicative liaison between customer needs and technical implementation options
Participation in trade fairs, specialist events and international project meetings
Coordination and exchange with international projects to align standards and solution approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or a comparable field
Initial experience (e.g., through internships, working-student roles or early-career positions) in software, mobile applications or communications systems is desirable
Technical understanding of communication solutions and mobile application architectures
Strong willingness to learn and ability to quickly get up to speed on complex technical topics
Fluent German and English for collaboration in an international environment
Confident presence, strong communication skills and enjoyment of presentations and customer interaction
Structured, independent working style and high level of motivation
Willingness to travel within Germany and to undertake occasional international business trips
