About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support on Training Delivery Management
  • Coordinate with suppliers for training preparation
  • Monitor overall performance and effectiveness of training
  • Support on Training Overall Operation
  • Prepare training reports or related data per as requested
  • Collect, analysis and consolidate training needs
  • Design & develop new training solutions according to business needs
  • Provide administrative support or other work assigned by the manager as needed
  • Support on office management, including but not limited to manage team stationery inventory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 year experience in training domain
  • Fluent English both in written and oral speaking
  • Budget management
  • Data analysis
  • SAP operation
