About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support recruitment and onboarding for a dedicated portfolio of job functions
  • Schedule and coordinate phone and on-site interviews
  • Manage and coordinate candidate travel and expenses
  • Prepare candidates for the interview process
  • Maintain all data surrounding candidate interview scheduling in the ATS
  • Coordinate the new hire onboarding process
  • Assist in scheduling of pre-employment requirements
  • Monitor and track status of in process candidates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a fast paced environment handling a large volume of administrative tasks and complex functions
  • Direct experience in recruitment and/or onboarding coordination activities preferred
  • Proven organization skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Federal and State Employment law, EEO/anti-discrimination laws is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems preferred.
