About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Verification and daily management of new orders in our information system.
- Management of a repair backlog for a given customer portfolio.
- Technical and contractual screening of orders to determine the repair flow or commercial proposal.
- Preparation of commercial offers (product exchange, resale of used parts) and drafting repair quotes.
- Management of disputes (documentation, technical, logistics and commercial) and updating estimated delivery dates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Holder of at least a Bac +2 (BTS, DUT, DEUG) in Logistics or Customer Relations.
- Proven experience in sales administration of at least 2 years.
- Proficient with computer tools (Google Suite).
- Prior experience with an ERP system is mandatory, ideally SAP.
- Good level of English required (spoken, reading and writing).
