Customer Training Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify training gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver training courses for new equipment and services provided by Space Digital.
- Manage technical training instructors and support staff, ensuring high-quality training delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for training development.
- Conduct training assurance activities and evaluations to measure effectiveness against performance standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in developing and delivering technical training within satellite communications.
- Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis.
- Knowledge of JSP 882
- Experience leading a training team, including resource and workload management.
