Key responsibilities & impact

Provide commercial legal support for Airbus activities in North America
Support legal and business teams with commercial and strategic transactions
Draft and negotiate contracts to support sales, finance and procurement of products and services
Provide legal support to business functions across multiple areas
Ensure protection of Airbus’s contractual position and compliance with company policies and applicable laws

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in internationally recognized law firm or relevant in-house positions
Admitted to the Bar and in good standing with a license to practice law in at least one U.S. State
Strong corporate and transactional experience
Knowledge of U.S. intellectual property, employment laws, litigation and regulatory matters preferred
Significant experience with international transactions and customers, particularly those involving Europe or Canada preferred
Fluency in English required, French, Spanish or German is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
