About the role
- Lead the IVV team assigned to the design phase of the IRIS² project
- Develop IVV strategies and associated estimates for tender responses for Satcom Ground Segment solutions
- Produce cost estimates and define IVV solutions for tender proposals
- Consolidate the IVVQ strategy with subsystems, suppliers, the client and partners
- Define and build the required IVV team together with management
- Verify that the defined solution and system meet the client's requirements
- Plan, manage and monitor IVVQ activities (costs/schedule)
- Organize deliveries and acceptance activities with the client
Requirements
- 10 years' experience in IVVQ activities for complex systems
- Experience in tender responses for SATCOM systems
- Knowledge of planning tools and best practices
- Knowledge of test configuration and defect management tools
- Knowledge of SATCOM/telecommunications systems infrastructure or 5G infrastructure (Core network or RAN)
- Proficiency in English with experience in an international context
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Experience on an ESA project would be an asset
