About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in designing station and manufacturing process changes
- Preparation of technical specifications considering product requirements and applicable processes/regulations
- Conduct technical analyses related to adherence to part tolerances in the manufacturing process (especially drilling processes / clamping lengths)
- Support annual audit preparation
- Gap analysis of existing work instructions against applicable regulations / continuous participation in process focal rounds
- Gap analyses for process changes including action tracking for deviations to ensure conformity
- Coordination of corrective actions in the event of audit findings, if they occur
- Creation of documentation and ensuring traceability of conformity evidence within Production Process Verifications (PPV)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge and skills in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, production engineering or comparable degree programs
- Knowledge and experience in the areas mentioned above
- Knowledge and experience in assembly processes
- Solid knowledge of conformity evidence within Production Process Verifications (PPV) and their practical application, D2R.03.02.01 Routing Process
- Experience creating PFMEA
- Knowledge of Airbus Process Specification, Airbus Process Instructions
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
