About the role

  • Design and development of security software in the defence and aerospace sector
  • Leading role in defining and further developing software development processes
  • Introduction of new technologies and frameworks to improve the security, scalability and performance of our solutions
  • Advising other organizational units on secure software topics
  • Guiding developers in the implementation of security software

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Several years of experience delivering complex software projects, preferably in the cyber domain
  • A deep understanding of cyber topics such as cryptography and secure coding
  • Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (in German and English), strong teamwork skills and a pronounced ability to work in a structured and independent manner
