About the role
- Coordinate and monitor project activities by phase, ensuring an appropriate pace and adherence to the project plan.
- Track established deadlines and deliverables, identify deviations, and propose corrective action plans. Prepare regular project performance reports.
- Identify, analyze, and escalate project risks and delays, proposing proactive solutions to mitigate impacts.
- Manage project communications, organizing regular meetings and scheduling project-related activities.
- Establish and maintain long-term project governance, standardizing document organization and archiving.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in communications, project management, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Solid initial experience in one of the following areas: project management, business analysis, or consulting.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (desirable).
- Strong IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Project, Google Suite, or other project management tools).
- Language skills: advanced level of Portuguese and English.
