About the role
- Lead projects of medium complexity and/or size in accordance with time, quality, and cost requirements
- Set up, plan, and control projects, and lead project team members
- Define project structures; develop and align work breakdown and schedule plans based on contractual requirements
- Define work packages
- Identify project stakeholders in coordination with management
- Manage proposals of medium complexity and/or size
- Ability to contribute substantively to proposals in Cyber Security Consulting
- Assemble, deploy, and lead the proposal team
- Develop and adhere to an accurate schedule and agree proposal resources with responsible stakeholders
- Prepare and adjust cost calculations/estimates
- Take on functional and project-related responsibilities within projects
- Produce documentation and present project results
- Establish and execute project controlling/monitoring
- Responsible for effective change and claims management
- Responsible for risk and opportunity management
- Effectively organize project administration, including performing PMO tasks
- Support Sales in acquiring follow-on projects and upselling activities, including customer contact
Requirements
- Degree or knowledge in engineering, computer science, business administration, or comparable fields
- Advanced knowledge and experience in the above areas, preferably in a services and consulting environment
- Several years of experience in technical project management
- Advanced experience in establishing project controlling and generating proforma invoices, preparing proposals, and identifying and remediating compliance violations
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; French is a plus
- Independent and self-reliant working style
- Proactive, hands-on, and creative problem-solving mentality

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
