About the role
- Design and development of security software for defense and aerospace applications
- Lead participation in defining and evolving software development processes
- Introduce new technologies and frameworks to improve the security, scalability, and performance of our solutions
- Provide advice to other organizational units on secure software topics
- Mentor and guide developers in implementing security software
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Several years of experience delivering complex software projects, preferably in the cyber domain
- Deep understanding of cyber topics such as cryptography and secure coding
- Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete requirements
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, strong team spirit, and a proven ability to work in a structured and independent manner
