About the role
- Testing of active RF/microwave devices according to aerospace requirements
- Performing functional and environmental tests at automated test stations
- Supporting the development and automation of measurement procedures
- Contributing suggestions for the further development of test engineering
- Preparing, evaluating, and approving test data
- Preparing and adapting test systems (hardware and test software) for specific projects
- Coordinating test procedures and test stations
- Systematic troubleshooting and analysis of the device under test and the test system
- Creating documentation, test documentation, and test procedures
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or a comparable field
- Knowledge of high-frequency/RF and microwave engineering
- Experience in test and measurement engineering and/or automation technology
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently, strong teamwork skills, commitment, and willingness to learn
- Strong sense of deadlines and quality awareness
