About the role

  • Pilot and maintain a consolidated roadmap for all ERP transformation programs (schedules, milestones, dependencies)
  • Monitor program execution, identify risks, remove impediments and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Prepare and structure communication materials for top management, translating complex topics into clear, impactful messages
  • Lead and unite the community of ERP program managers by organizing meetings, workshops and forums to share best practices
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Head of the ERP CoE on governance, operational routines and ad hoc requests

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management (no maximum required)
  • Experience managing ERP transformation programs/projects, ideally in a large-scale SAP environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience with senior leaders and top management
  • Ability to influence, coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira, Asana) and a strong continuous improvement mindset
