About the role

  • Preparation, support, and follow-up for internal and external energy audits (e.g., ISO 50001)
  • Developing, tracking, and monitoring Significant Energy Use (SEU) performance
  • Maintaining and updating energy management documentation and action plans
  • Energy data reporting, including maintaining the energy report and management tool
  • Close collaboration and exchange with internal departments on energy topics
  • Organizing and supporting energy team meetings (preparation and follow-up)
  • Providing support for preparation of management reviews
  • Creation of required documentation and presentation of work results

Requirements

  • Degree or expertise in Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Experience as an Energy Management Consultant or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of energy management standards (ISO 50001, DIN EN 17463)
  • Experience with Google Suite, e!Sankey, eSight, SAP, Skywise (Palantir Foundry), and/or Qlik
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, LBIP, or Agile
  • Strong technical, analytical, and conceptual skills
  • Business-fluent German and very good written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
